Surrey Aquanauts is a scuba diving club based in Woking in Surrey. We are a volunteer-run diving club, affiliated to the British Sub-Aqua Club (BSAC.)
Our divers come from all walks of life, united by their love for all things underwater.
Established in 1967 and a BSAC club since 1974, our club has dived extensively in the UK and all over the world and trained hundreds of divers.
We’re always looking for new members to join our friendly, active club so if you want to learn to dive, are looking for a new club or want to cross over from another diving association then we’d love to hear from you.
Want to learn to scuba dive? Scuba diving is an adventure open to anyone aged 10 or over and Surrey Aquanauts provides high-quality BSAC training for beginners.
Learn to divePADI, SSI or another agency qualified? Great! Joining our club is a great way to develop your scuba diving and to simply get out there and enjoy some great diving!
Already a diver?If you have always wanted to learn to dive or are simply curious about scuba diving, then a Try Dive with Surrey Aquanauts is the perfect introduction!
In the safe confines of the pool, a BSAC Instructor will introduce you to the basic skills and equipment needed to experience the thrill of breathing underwater for the very first time. Try Dives cost £20.
A typical Try Dive session lasts about 45 minutes. It involves poolside tuition on diving techniques and equipment, followed by a scuba dive in our pool with a BSAC-qualified instructor.
